Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) jointly proposed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR) in 2010; 3. Possess adequate communication ability, provide informed consent, and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of language, visual, hearing, or cognitive impairments, consciousness disorders, or psychiatric disorders that may hinder cooperation with questionnaire surveys; 2. Comorbid immune system diseases or severe organ diseases.
