Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Health group: (1) age >50 years; (2) no complaints of cognitive impairment, Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale Beijing Edition scores were initially determined to be cognitively healthy. The MoCA score grouping was stratified according to the number of years of education, of which illiterate: >= 14 was normal, years of education from 1 to 6 years: >= 20 was normal, and years of education greater than or equal to 7 years: >= 25 was normal; (3) 50 years; (2) cognitive impairment complaints, MoCA assessment initially judged as MCI population, i.e., illiterate: <=13 points, years of education 1-6: 19 points, years of education greater than or equal to 7: <= 24 points; (3) ADL scores <= 26 points; and (4) CDR scores 0.5 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) severe hearing and communication disorders; (2) neurological or psychiatric disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, etc.;(3) organic brain disorders such as encephalitis, traumatic brain injury, etc.; (4) severe diabetes mellitus, cataracts, glaucoma, and other disorders affecting the retina or optic nerves; (5) colorblindness or color weakness.
