Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with TS AMH>0.16 ng/L, FSH=1, with at least one positive parameter; Have a strong willingness to preserve fertility; Be able to tolerate surgery and anesthesia; Be able to cooperate with the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffer from acute or severe infectious diseases (such as AIDS, syphilis, etc.); Suffering from congenital heart disease or other serious cardiovascular events; Suffer from serious mental illness; There are contraindications for surgery or anesthesia; Other circumstances that do not comply with the law or ethics.
