18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient who are scheduled to undergo elective general anesthesia eye and otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and is expected to be ventilated with a laryngeal mask before surgery; 2.Age between 18 to 65; 3.ASA grade ?-?; 4.Patients who agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form before surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients are at high risk of reflux aspiration (hiatal hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, satiety); 2.Patients who are with obvious oropharyngeal diseases, abnormal anatomical structures, and limited mouth opening; 3.Patients who have a history of oropharyngeal and neck surgery or radiotherapy; 4.Patients who are with chronic sore throat discomfort; 5.For this patient, laryngeal mask ventilation is not possible in preoperative assessment; 6.Patients who refuse to participate in this study;
