Control group:Placebo treatment with instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Before surgery, the patient met the diagnostic criteria for distal humerus fracture as specified in the *Practical Orthopedics* and had involvement of only one limb. 2. After surgery, the patient was confirmed by X-ray and CT examination to have undergone internal fixation for distal humerus fracture with stable fracture sites. 3. The surgical incision has healed.The condition has an impact on daily life activities, and there are no associated brachial plexus injuries or damage to other areas. 4. The disease duration is within 6 months. 5. No heterotopic ossification in the affected elbow. 6. The patient agrees to participate in this study and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive or psychiatric abnormalities who are unable to cooperate with treatment or evaluation. 2. Patients with concomitant nerve injury or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 3. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 4. Elbow joint with bony ankylosis or complete stiffness. 5. The affected elbow has heterotopic ossification or free bodies within the joint cavity. 6. The surgical incision of the elbow joint has not healed or there is a skin infection around it.
