Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ONFH patients over 3 years old 2:.Meeting the classification of ONFH by the International Society for Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction (ARCO classification, revised in 2019) 3. The guardians understand and sign the informed consent form. If the subjects are over 8 years old, they also need to sign the informed consent form. For subjects under 8 years old who can express their consent, their consent should be clearly recorded
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The exclusion criteria for the experimental cohort: history of hip joint trauma, tumor diseases, suppurative arthritis, medical conditions that precluded participation, or recent vitamin D supplementation. 2.The exclusion criteria for the control group: thyroid/parathyroid dysfunction, history of hip arthritis/trauma, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, tumor diseases, chronic pain, steroid treatment, alcohol abuse, chemotherapy, sleep disorders, recent vitamin D supplementation, and patients with short stature.
