Interventions

HIIT Group:Three sessions a week, 30 minutes each session, 6-second sprint and active recovery
the ratio of high-intensity exercise to active recovery was 1:4 (first four weeks) and 1:3 (last four weeks)
the intensity range during high-intensity was 85%-95% of maximum heart rate.
HIIT + Nutrition Advice Group:Three sessions a week, 30 minutes each session, 6-second sprint and active recovery
the intensity range during high-intensity was 85%-95% of maximum heart rate.At the same time, following nutritional recommendations, taking 10-year-old subjects as an example, boys are controlled at 2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: School-age children aged 9-12 years; The body mass index (BMI) percentiles meet the following criteria: > = 85th percentile and =95th percentile and =99th percentile for severe obesity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous or current severe cardiovascular, metabolic or other health problems that affect exercise safety; or have recently used drugs that may affect cardiovascular function, metabolic status or exercise capacity, such as antihypertensive drugs, hormone drugs, etc.; Individuals who are unable to cooperate in completing the intervention protocol or related assessments.
