Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthcare Providers: Including physicians and nurses from orthopedics, geriatrics, general practice, rehabilitation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) departments involved in the treatment and management of patients with osteoporotic fractures. Participants must have over 3 years of experience in managing such patients. 2 Decision-Makers: Individuals responsible for policy formulation and capable of influencing or modifying clinical practices. In this study, decision-makers may include directors/deputy directors of relevant departments (e.g., orthopedics, endocrinology), hospital administrators (e.g., department heads or hospital presidents) engaged in fracture patient care, with at least one year of tenure in their current role. 3 Patients or Caregivers: Hospitalized or community-based osteoporosis fracture patients under institutional care, or their family caregivers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants were excluded if they were physically unable to provide informed consent or had cognitive impairment, intellectual disability, or other conditions that impeded effective communication during interviews.
