Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 60 years old; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. No other studies were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent acute myocardial infarction (3-5 days), unstable angina, resting ECG suggests acute cardiac events; 2. Cardiac arrhythmias leading to symptoms or hemodynamic impairment, high-grade atrioventricular block without pacemaker; 3. Acute congestive heart failure or cardiac function class III-IV (New York classification); 4. Aortic dissection, aortic aneurysm or severe valvular disease; 5. Uncontrolled asthma, pulmonary edema, significant pulmonary hypertension or resting oxygen saturation less than 85%; 6. Moderate to severe cognitive dysfunction and mental illness cannot cooperate; 7. Communication disorders caused by hearing, speech or vision impairment; 8. Inability to provide informed consent documents or regular follow-up.
