18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The participants range in age from 18 to 70; 2.T2D was diagnosed according to American Diabetes Association 2018 criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetes; 2 .Acute stage of acute complications of diabetes;Such as diabetic ketoacidosis and diabetic hyperosmolar coma; 3. Pregnancy, acute phase of infection, severe liver disease, malignant tumor ; 4. Histopathology of renal biopsy showed non-diabetic kidney disease; 5. Acute kidney injury;(Sudden decrease in renal function within 48 hours, absolute increase in serum creatinine >=0.3 mg/dl, or increase in serum creatinine to >=1.5 times the basal value within 7 days, or urine output 6 hours) 6. Have received kidney transplantation or dialysis treatment
