Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus confirmed according to the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus proposed by WHO (1999); 2. Confirmed diagnosis of sarcopenia according to the Asian Working Group on Sarcopenia 2019 Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Sarcopenia (AWGS2); 3. Those with stable glycemic control; 4. 60 years <= age <= 85 years; 5.Being conscious and moving freely; 6. Being able to use smartphone skillfully to meet the needs of receiving online health education; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe diabetic complications such as renal insufficiency, visual impairment, diabetic foot, etc. who are unable to eat and exercise as required; 2. Those with other major diseases, such as heart disease, liver, stroke, blood disease, major surgery, etc. who are unable to participate in the study; 3. Those with severe gastrointestinal diseases affecting digestion and absorption functions; 4. Those with vision, hearing, speech, reading, and comprehension disorders who cannot cooperate with the study;
