Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 14 to under 85 years, regardless of gender. 2.Based on the diagnostic criteria for Primary Nephrotic Syndrome (PNS): a. Massive proteinuria (24-hour urinary protein excretion > 3.5 g/day); b. Hypoalbuminemia (serum albumin < 30 g/L); c. Edema; d. Hyperlipidemia. Criteria a and b are essential for diagnosis. 3.Renal puncture pathology suggests nephrotic syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary nephrotic syndrome, such as secondary to systemic lupus erythematosus, viral hepatitis B, viral hepatitis C, tumors, organic solvents, heavy metal poisoning, etc; 2.Patients with tumors and chronic infectious diseases, such as HIV infection, cardiac insufficiency; 3.Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver and hematopoietic system.
