Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 13-18 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-5 and is consistently taking SSRIs antidepressants; 3. According to the newly added diagnostic criteria for NSSI behavior in DSM-5, it is recommended that patients with NSSI behavior be defined as having engaged in NSSI behavior for more than 5 days within the past 12 months; 4. Have not received any other psychological intervention programs in the past 3 months; 5. Having normal intelligence, capable of completing various assessments, and able to fully understand the content of the informed consent form; 6. The patient's family members are informed, voluntarily sign a consent form, and willing to cooperate with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with psychiatric symptoms or recent (within one week) suicidal behavior/HAMD-24, question 2>=3 points; 2. Combining other mental illnesses or alcohol or drug dependence, combined with brain trauma, epilepsy, febrile seizures, or severe liver, liver, and kidney diseases; 3. Individuals with intellectual disabilities or other reasons who are unable to cooperate; 4. Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to conceive.
