Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age greater than or equal to 18 years old and less than 65 years old; 2.The diagnosis meets the ICD11 diagnostic criteria for anxiety disorder; 3.Be conscious, have normal language communication skills, and be able to understand and complete questionnaires; 4.The Hamilton Anxiety Inventory (HAMA) score >= 14 points; 5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from other severe mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-11, including organic mental disorders, alcohol and drug dependence/abuse, schizophrenia, schizophrenia, etc; 2.Individuals with severe visual, auditory, and language impairments or other serious illnesses such as infections, liver and kidney failure, who are deemed intolerable to the treatment plan of this study by the project leader or researchers; 3.Individuals who are allergic to the drugs and their components involved in this experiment; 4.Has participated in mindfulness or cognitive-behavioral therapy four or more times in the past two years; 5.Currently undergoing psychological treatment for anxiety disorders; 6.Pregnant or lactating patients; 7.There is a serious tendency towards suicide, with a suicide risk assessment scale score greater than 10 points. 8.For those who are not interested in mindfulness and stress relief related courses.
