Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-45 years old, gender not limited, Han ethnicity; 2.All right-handed, with a junior high school education or above; 3.Does not meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for any mental disorder; 4.Two lines and three generations without a family history of mental illness; 5.Sign informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.I have experienced flying across time zones in the past week and have other types of sleep rhythm disorders; 2.Neurodegenerative diseases, traumatic brain injury or cerebrovascular disease; 3.Pregnant, lactating, or MRI scan contraindications; 4.I have taken psychotropic drugs in the past week; 5.I am currently taking medications that can increase photosensitivity, such as diuretics and antibiotics; 6.Recently taking any medication that affects the central nervous system, drinking beverages containing caffeine and alcohol for the first 3 days of the study, and engaging in vigorous physical activity; 7.Eat a large amount of photosensitive foods such as fennel, shepherd's purse, citrus, lemon, etc. eight hours before each light intervention; 8.History of diseases that increase photosensitivity, such as albinism and lupus; 9.Volunteers who undergo ophthalmic examinations by certified optometrists and have visual impairments such as color blindness, reduced pupil response to light, and reduced field of view;
