Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=18 years; 2.Confirmed diagnosis of sICH by cranial CT or MRI; 3.Symptom onset within 72 hours; 4.Hematoma volume >= 15 ml, meeting the surgical indications for sICH and undergoing surgical treatment; 5.Written informed consent obtained from the patient or legal representative;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Intracerebral hemorrhage secondary to other causes, such as cerebrovascular malformations, brain tumors, hematological disorders, etc. (exclusion based on cranial CT, CTA, and medical history); 2.Lack of surgical indications or inability to tolerate surgery; 3.Refusal of information collection, follow-up, and assessment; 4.Pregnant or lactating women;
