Water group:Orally take 400 ml of clear water 2 hours before surgery
Carbohydrate group:Orally take 400 ml of carbohydrates 2 hours before surgery
Control group:No drinking 2 hours before surgery

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70 years, ASA grade I or II, BMI 18.5-40 kg/m^2, and no contraindications to painless gastroscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; those with a history of dysphagia, gastroesophageal reflux, gastrointestinal motility disorders, esophageal or gastric surgery, hypersensitivity to anesthetic drugs, diabetes, communication disorders, drug addiction; those who refuse ultrasound examination, refuse to sign informed consent for painless gastroscopy, anesthesia, and surgery.
