Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with colorectal cancer by the "2023 Edition of China's Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines"; 2. Those who passed the "Barthel Index Rating Scale" score of 100 points and were completely self-sufficient in daily living; 3. Patients who received colorectal cancer surgery and were discharged from the hospital after chemotherapy; 4. Sign the informed consent form and participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Those who cannot communicate with language; 3. Patients with permanent stoma; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease and physical mobility disorders.
