Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Both parents did not have infectious diseases such as HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, and no family history of hereditary diseases such as Down syndrome; (2) Both parents agree to participate and are willing to cooperate with the follow-up until the age of 1 year (sign the informed consent form).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Lack of baseline clinical data and questionnaires; (2) The infant has severe congenital diseases (congenital heart disease, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, biliary atresia, etc.).
