Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prospectively recruited patients undergoing non-contrast chest CT on a Siemens dual-source CT scanner at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology, meeting the following characteristics: (1) Age: All analyzed imaging data must be derived from adult patients >18 years old. (2) Examination timeframe: December 1, 2024, to February 1, 2025. (3) Clinical indication: Participants must have a history of pulmonary nodules or clinical suspicion of pulmonary nodules.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe underlying pulmonary diseases (e.g., advanced emphysema, severe pulmonary fibrosis); (2) History of pulmonary surgery; (3) Inability to cooperate with CT scanning (e.g., patients with severe dyspnea or other acute symptoms); (4) Incomplete clinical records.
