Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Voluntary consent to participate in the study; 2 According to the POCD risk prediction model, the incidence of POCD at a high level ; 3 To accept elective non cardiac surgery; 4 The hospital stay before surgery is 5 days or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Definitely diagnosed as senile dementia and preoperative MoCA score = 18; 2 Serious visual or hearing impairment, unable to complete cognitive function assessment; 3 The cognitive function assessment cannot be completed due to limb movement disorder; 4 The expected survival time is less than 1 month.
