Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who intend to undergo digestive endoscopic treatment under general anesthesia tracheal intubation and left lateral decubitus position; 2. Patients aged 18~65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m^2; 4. Patients with American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) grading I.~II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to anesthetic drugs; 2. Known or predicted airway difficulty (Mallampati score>=3, mouth opening< 3cm, antilloid distance < 6cm) 3. Cervical spine disease; History of laryngeal surgery, history of difficult intubation 4. Those who do not cooperate and cannot communicate
