Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control group: Age-matched patients who underwent cataract surgery and had no other medical conditions nAMD Group: 1. Chinese male or female patients aged >=50 years 2. Patients with the first onset of disease or who have not received anti-VEGF therapy or hormonal therapy within half a year 3. Confirmed diagnosis of active nAMD by OCTA or fundus angiography 4. The range of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA): 0.05~0.5
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of ocular trauma, uveitis, or glaucoma; 2.Concurrent ocular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy or retinal vascular occlusion (3) History of vitreoretinal or intraocular surgery; 3.Patients with pathological myopia, polypoid choroidal vascular disease, diabetic retinopathy or other intraocular diseases; 4.Patients who have undergone anti-VEGF therapy, intraocular steroid injections, or retinal laser therapy within the past 6 months; 5.Systemic diseases such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis;
