Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Scheduled for elective spinal surgery under general anesthesia in Beijing Tongren Hospital; 2. Age >= 65 years, ASA I-III, no gender limitation; 3. Consent to this study; Signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of allergy or contraindication to drugs in this study; 2. Has a history of neuromuscular related diseases; 3. Can't complete questionnaire before surgery; 4. Participating in other clinical trials;
