Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Males aged 18 years or older. 2 Meet the diagnostic criteria: (1) Clinical symptoms (lower urinary tract symptoms, hematuria, constipation). (2) Imaging (CT or MRI indicating abnormal pelvic fat accumulation, bladder compression and deformation, elongated position, elevated prostate position, variations in ureter position, and upper urinary tract hydronephrosis). (3) Physical examination (digital rectal examination indicating significant elongation of the posterior urethra and difficulty in palpating the prostate). (4) Cystoscopy (biopsy indicating adenocystitis). Diagnosis of pelvic fat excess syndrome can be made if all four of the above criteria are met. 3 Able to provide blood, urine, and tissue samples required for the study. 4 Willing to cooperate with treatment and research and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of other cancers. 2. Coexisting severe organ diseases. 3. Mental disorders. 4. Death due to reasons other than the disease during the follow-up period.
