Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with TAAD (involving the ascending aorta) by aortic angiography, computed tomography angiography (CTA), or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) angiography. 2.First hospitalization for surgical treatment of TAAD; 3.Age > 18 years old, gender unrestricted; 4.The time from onset to surgery is less than 14 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Stanford Type B Aortic Dissection?Traumatic Aortic Dissection?Iatrogenic Aortic Dissection?Recurrent Aortic Dissection? 2.Concurrent Malignant Tumor?Systemic Diseases (e.g., Lupus Erythematosus, Nephrotic Syndrome, etc.)?ThromboembSPatients with Severe Hepatic or Renal Dysfunctionevere Infectious Diseases?oSevere Hematologic Disorders?lic Diseases (e.g., Vascular Thrombosis, Pulmonary Embolism, etc.); 3.Pregnant Woman?Patient Transferred from Another Hospital; 4.Patients with incomplete clinical data, follow-up information, or other case-related details.
