Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: adults (>=18 years) diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, stroke or other cardiometabolic diseases; 2. Control group: adults without cardiometabolic diseases and in good health (>=18 years); 3. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or nursing women; 2.Recent history of serious illness (such as cancer, major surgery, etc.); 3.Presence of severe organ dysfunction (such as liver and kidney dysfunction); 4.Suffering from serious mental illness or mental disorder; 5.Taking immunosuppressive drugs, anticancer drugs, or other drugs that may affect metabolism; 6.Participating in other clinical trials;
