Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Keratoconus patients with similar preoperative disease progression status who underwent DALK from 2015 to 2023 and complete preoperative and postoperative data were included. At least one year after operation, the stitching was completely removed for half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with other related eye diseases, such as keratoconjunctivitis, glaucoma, cataract, retinal diseases and strabismus, were excluded.
