Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as following: (1) age >= 60 years; (2) live in the community for at least one year; (3) able to understand questions and complete interviews; (4) meet the criteria of mild cognitive impairment as defined in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: the exclusion criteria were as following: (1) have sensory disabilities, such as severe deafness and blindness; (2) have mental disorders; (3) acute phase of major physical diseases, such as stroke. (4) long-term or recent use of cholinesterase inhibitors, drugs that affect physical motor function, etc. (5) unable to participate in the follow-up study.
