Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected inpatients aged 18-80 years in the cardiology department of our hospital; 2. Patients with stable coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography in hospital, combined with history and markers of myocardial necrosis; 3. Each patient selected is independent and does not constitute a direct blood relationship within 3 generations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone coronary artery stent implantation (PCI) and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and other revascularization surgeries; 2. Patients with current severe heart failure, arrhythmia, or valvular heart disease; 3. Patients with hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade B and above) and renal insufficiency (GFR < 90 mL/min/1.73 m^2) (Chronic kidneydisease, CKD); 4. Patients with abnormal thyroid function; 5. Clear diagnosis of hematologic diseases and malignant tumor diseases; 6. New ischemic stroke within 1 month; 7. Patients with infectious diseases, patients with confirmed rheumatic diseases, patients with active autoimmune diseases, patients with malignant tumors, and patients receiving systemic corticosteroids, etc.; 8. Patients with pulmonary embolism or acute aortic dissection; 9. Patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
