Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Consecutively included in our hospital within one year of age > 18 years old, gender is not limited, ASA grade ? - ?, planning to perform elective cervical spine surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing emergency cervical spine surgery or patients with acute spinal cord injury. (2) Patients with upper airway pathology (tumors, polyps, trauma, abscesses, inflammation, or foreign bodies. (3) Patients with a history of upper airway surgery or radiation therapy. (4) Patients at high risk of pulmonary aspiration. (5) Coagulation disorders. (6) ASA classification > grade 3.
