Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of heart failure; (2) Age >= 18 ; (3) Patients who are readmitted within 6 months after hospitalization (including patients who are repeatedly hospitalized within 6 months); (4) Complete clinical data, including basic demographic information, disease diagnosis, treatment process, laboratory examination results, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The combination of diseases with an estimated survival period of less than 6 months, such as severe malignant tumors; (2) Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with treatment and follow-up; (3) Patients with more than 20% missing clinical data; (4) Patients who were readmitted more than 6 months after discharge.
