60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. It was diagnosed as single-segment OVCFs, and the injury was located in the thoracolumbar spine. 3. Complete clinical data. 4. No spinal cord nerve injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture 2. There are active infected individuals; 3. Multi-segment injury; 4. Those who receive conservative treatment, or have mental disorders and cannot tolerate surgery.
