Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to the intensive care unit with cardiac problems, who were fully conscious and in a stable state, no underlying disease, no mental illness, no hearing or visual problems, and minimal literacy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent to continue the study for any reason, patient deterioration and emergency conditions, discharge or transfer before 24 hours.
