Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Over 18 years old, the condition requires transfer to the ICU 2: According to the assessment by the attending physician in charge of the patient's care, the patient meets the criteria for early mobilization. 3: The patient's cognitive function is basically normal and they can cooperate well with early activities. 4: The patient and the family members agreed to engage in early activities and signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: During the activity, the participant was unable to tolerate it and requested to terminate the activity. 2: During previous activities or after the activities, there were particularly significant fluctuations in vital signs, conditions or mental states. 3: The patient or the family member requests to withdraw from the study
