Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalization in ICU for more than 72 hours; 2. After the patient is transferred out of the ICU, he or she has sleep disorder for more than 1 month according to the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); 3. Receiving CBTI combined with dexzopiclone treatment to improve sleep conditions; 4. Have a smartphone and be able to use it normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Sleep disorders caused by mental disorders, epilepsy, brain injuries, brain tumors, encephalitis, or cerebrovascular diseases; 2.receiving treatment with hypnotic drugs and antipsychotic medications; 3.having undergone CBT treatment previously.
