Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-75 years old, gender not limited; (2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for gastric polyps and gastric ulcers; Those whose disease diagnosis is confirmed as atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia by gastroscopy and histopathological examination of gastric mucosa; Or those diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis accompanied by low-grade dysplasia through gastroscopy and pathological examination. (3) Subjects who have completed the clinical studies of Topics two, three and four in the project team, or the natural cohort population of topic one with pregastric cancer diseases (gastric polyps, gastric ulcers); Or patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer in the natural population. (4) Patients who voluntarily signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with gastric cancer or high-grade supraendothelial neoplasia of gastric mucosa were detected by gastroscopy and histopathology before enrollment; (2) Patients with severe complications such as bleeding, obstruction and other diseases; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) Patients with mental illness, mental retardation and language disorder who cannot describe their symptoms and cannot cooperate with the study; (5) Patients who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs.
