Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The clinical data of patients with M1 stenosis or occlusion of the internal carotid artery/middle cerebral artery were collected, including hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, history of smoking, alcohol consumption and risk factors such as obesity, laboratory tests such as homocysteine, and multimodal and multiparametric neuroimaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Phobia Claustrophobia; 2. Critically ill patients; 3. Unable to cooperate with magnetic resonance examination
