18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Female participants aged between 18 and 35 years (inclusive). 2. Individuals who self-report an average daily active use of social media for at least 1 hour. 3. No current or past history of any clinically diagnosed psychiatric disorders based on DSM-5 or ICD-11 criteria, including but not limited to major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, or other psychotic disorders. 4. Physically healthy individuals without a history of serious somatic illnesses (e.g., major cardiovascular diseases, endocrine disorders, or neurological conditions). 5. Able to understand the study instructions and complete all offline intervention procedures and assessments. 6. Willing to voluntarily participate in the study and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Individuals who have received any form of psychological therapy within the past three months or are currently taking psychiatric medications. 2. Individuals with a history of any serious medical condition that may significantly affect the safety or outcomes of the intervention or assessments. 3. Individuals with a history of substance abuse or alcohol dependence. 4. Individuals who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding. 5. Individuals who have received systematic training in mindfulness meditation, yoga, relaxation techniques, or similar psychological practices (e.g., continuous training for more than one month, or any such training within the past three months). 6. Individuals with significant sensory impairments (e.g., severe hearing loss) or cognitive impairments (e.g., inability to understand questionnaires or follow experimental instructions) that would prevent full participation in the study.
