Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary rheogenous retinal detachment was diagnosed. 2. The hole position is clear, and the range is <=2 quadrants. 3. The macula has not been detached or has been detached for less than 1 week. 4. Aged 18-70 years old, able to cooperate with surgery and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Retinal detachment caused by other reasons (such as traction, exudation). 2. A history of intraocular surgery or serious eye disease (such as proliferative vitreoretinopathy). 3. Complicated with serious systemic disease or intraoperative contraindications.
