control group:Implementing a fixed PEEP of 5 cmH?O according to the traditional expert consensus.
Test group:Implementing individualized PEEP according to the patient's lung compliance.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 45 years old, regardless of gender, undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy. 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of grade I to III. 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 30 to 50 kg/m². 4. Without severe diseases of important organs such as the heart, brain and lungs, and with no obvious abnormalities in liver and kidney functions. 5. The duration of the operation is less than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing secondary bariatric surgery. 2. A history of myocarditis, endocarditis, heart failure, or thromboembolism in the past. 3. Patients complicated with severe respiratory diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure, asthma, pulmonary bulla, recent upper respiratory tract infection, previous history of thoracic surgery), kidney, blood, or liver diseases. 4. Patients with a history of mental illness, those taking psychotropic drugs, and those with cognitive impairment. 5. Blood pressure >= 180/100 mmHg, or uncontrolled or untreated hypertension. 6. Patients with increased intracranial pressure. 7. Glaucoma patients; 8. Those with incomplete relevant information required.
