Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–65 years old; 2. ASA I–III; 3. BMI 18–28 kg/m²; 4. Elective laparoscopic non-gastrointestinal surgery under general anaesthesia; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Implanted electrical stimulation devices (such as pacemakers or defibrillators); 2. Preoperative heart rate below 60 beats per minute; 3. Patients with airway hyperresponsiveness (asthma, COPD); 4. Diagnosed with chronic gastrointestinal inflammation; 5. Mental or neurological disorders; 6. Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, impaired liver or kidney function; 7. Skin infections or ulcers at the stimulation site, etc. 8. Long-term use of opioid medications 9. History of abdominal surgery and intestinal obstruction
