Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study intends to include patients diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction 1. Age between 18-70 years old (including boundary values); 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for pelvic floor dysfunction diseases set by the International Pelvic Floor Disease Association (ICS) or the Pelvic Floor Medicine Group of the Chinese Medical Association; 3. No severe cognitive impairment (i.e. MMSE score >= 24), able to cooperate in completing assessment and treatment; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with neurological disorders such as spinal cord injury and multiple sclerosis; 2. People with organic diseases of urinary system (such as bladder cancer, urinary tract stones); 3. Pregnancy status or planned pregnancy; 4. Individuals with implanted metal devices (such as pacemakers) or MRI contraindications (such as ferromagnetic metal implants or electronic devices, dependence on life support equipment, and high fever risk); 5.Received pelvic floor surgery or botulinum toxin injection treatment within the past 3 months; 6. Vulnerable groups, including people with mental illness, critically ill patients, illiterate individuals, etc.
