Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as acute angle closure glaucoma; Pupil dilation (pupil diameter>5mm), disappearance of direct and indirect light reflexes; Preoperative photophobia symptoms are obvious; Combined cataract; After cataract surgery, the same type of IOL was implanted; Complete preoperative and postoperative examination and evaluation data; Can receive timely follow-up after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed as secondary glaucoma; Visual acuity refers to the following; Combining corneal diseases such as leukoplakia and corneal ulceration; Combined uveitis; Other fundus diseases that seriously affect vision, such as retinal detachment, fundus hemorrhage, diabetes retinopathy, etc; The patient refuses or is unable to cooperate with the examiner. Cannot conduct follow-up;
