Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Qualitative interview (patients with spinal cord injury during rehabilitation phase ):; 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury (International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury issued by the American Spinal Cord Injury Society) and are diagnosed with spinal cord injury by CT or MRI; 2.Patients with ASIA grades A, B, C, and D; 3.Patients older than 18 years of age; 4.Patients in recovery period with stable condition, stable pathophysiology of spinal cord injury, and no further aggravation of neurological signs; 5.Patients with hospitalization experience and home rehabilitation experience; 6.Patients with unconscious disorders who can express themselves clearly in language; 7.People who gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study; 2.Qualitative interview (Medical staff):; 1.Medical or nursing experts in the field of rehabilitation with intermediate or higher professional titles; 2.People who have worked in the field of rehabilitation for five years or more; 3.People with theoretical knowledge and clinical practical experience related to spinal cord injury diseases; 4.People who express themselves clearly and have time for interviews; 5.People who gave informed consent and voluntarily cooperated with this study; 3.Questionnaire survey(patients with spinal cord injury during rehabilitation phase):; 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury (International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury issued by the American Spinal Cord Injury Society) and are diagnosed with spinal cord injury by CT or MRI; 2.Patients with ASIA grades A, B, C, and D; 3.Patients older than 18 years of age; 4.Patients in recovery period with stable condition, stable pathophysiology of spinal cord injury, and no further aggravation of neurological signs; 5.Patients whose doctors have issued discharge or pre-discharge orders and are about to be discharged; 6.Patients whose doctors have issued discharge or pre-discharge orders and are about to be discharged;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Qualitative interview (patients with spinal cord injury during rehabilitation phase):; 1.Patients with severe diseases of other important organs; 2.People with a combined history of mental illness or cognitive, communication and comprehension disorders; 3.Those who already had physical dysfunction before spinal cord injury; 2.Qualitative interview (Medical staff):; 3.none; 4.Questionnaire survey(patients with spinal cord injury during rehabilitation phase):; 1.Patients with severe diseases of other important organs; 2.People with a combined history of mental illness or cognitive, communication and comprehension disorders; 3.Those who already had physical dysfunction before spinal cord injury; 4.Patients who were transferred to another hospital or gave up treatment;
