Interventions

20 - second group (Observation Group 1) :Control the time of subarachnoid bolus injection of bupivacaine to be 20 seconds.
40 - second group (Control Group:Control the time of subarachnoid bolus injection of bupivacaine to be 40 seconds.
60 - second group (Observation Group 2):Control the time of subarachnoid bolus injection of bupivacaine to be 60 seconds.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parturients at ASA II level with single full-term fetus; 2.Elective cesarean section; 3.BMI 18 - 35 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy-induced hypertension/pre-eclampsia; 2. Spinal deformity or contraindications to puncture; 3. History of cardiovascular disease.
