Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients between the ages of 18 and 80 who have a clear indication for ERCP and are receiving ERCP treatment; 2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) score is grade I-III, able to tolerate ERCP operation; 3. Patients who can cooperate with preoperative preparation and postoperative follow-up to ensure that the occurrence of postoperative nausea and vomiting can be recorded and evaluated; 4. Patients and their families are willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were enrolled but failed to complete the ERCP operation; 2. Patients with obvious nausea and vomiting before ERCP operation; 3. History of previous gastrointestinal surgery: patients with gastrectomy, gastrointestinal anastomosis, etc., which may affect gastrointestinal gas emptying or interfere with the evaluation of postoperative nausea and vomiting symptoms; 4. Patients who are unable to complete follow-up on time.
