Prostate cancer

Interventions

Control group:MRI-TURS-guided prostate needle biopsy, such as robot-assisted radical prostatectomy in patients with conventional pathology suggestive of prostate cancer
Experimental group:Hologram-guided prostate biopsy is performed, and if the puncture result is positive, radical prostatectomy with hologram and robotic visual field fusion is performed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) >10ng/ml; 2. Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADS) score>=4 points; 3. Imaging examination showed localized prostate cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of prostate adenocarcinoma; 2. Imaging examination showed distant metastasis of prostate cancer or lymph node metastasis; 3. Previous history of benign prostatic hyperplasia surgery.
