Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 20 and above; 2.Women admitted to our hospital in the third trimester of pregnancy (28-40 gestational weeks); 3.Pregnant women who do not plan to move out of Shanghai within five years; 4.Pregnant women who plan to establish a file and give birth in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with intellectual disorders; 2. High-risk pregnancy (suffering from diseases that may affect the neurodevelopment of the fetus, such as gestational diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy, etc.); 3. Pregnant women with symptoms induced by psychological illness or physical disease; 4. Pregnant woman with liver or kidney diseases that may affect VA metabolism or thyroid metabolic diseases; 5. Pregnant women (or her husband) with a family history of genetic diseases; 6. Newborns with conditions that may affect the neurodevelopment, such as an Apgar score of less than 7 and a birth weight of less than 2500g; 7. Twins or multiple pregnancies; 8. Abnormal hearing in newborns.
