Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >= 65 years old, preoperative MMSE score >= 24 points, ASA grade 1 - 3, and able to communicate normally before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of severe mental disorders in the past. 2. Patients with untreated hypertension or poorly controlled blood pressure. 3. Patients with glaucoma or a history of eye surgery. 4. Patients with long - term alcoholism. 5. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function.
